"Little short Sue needs to quit her job if she hates her job soooooo bad. Customer service is everything, you seem to roll your eyes so much, better get that checked out. Kindness goes along way. Hopefully she can find happiness in making people feel a certain way."
"Came in for a prescription (9 days after it was put in from the Dr), and was told it was put back. 9 days is supposedly the hold limit. Said it could be ready in 30-45 minutes. Told them I would come back. Next day I was told it would be filled in 4 more days due to insurance. Waited and went back and now got told it would be another 3 days, but "they could fill it now if needed". Never the same answer."
"We have had the best treatment and service! The staff is outstanding and willing to answer all questions. This is a high-stress job and they handle it with grace and knowledge. Their kindness is greatly appreciated and we hope it gets returned!"
"25% chance of working with someone who doesn’t hate their life at that moment. Pharmacists themselves seem nice and helpful, techs always looks absolutely miserable and usually pretty rude in person and on the phone. 100% chance of standing in a line of 5 or more people while 1 pick up lane is open. Currently waiting in line writing this review - I had to use the “forgot my google password” and we have still only moved 1 person in a line of a dozen."
