"The women are skilled and friendly! I love that the app allows me to check in before I go so I don't have to wait too long. Usually in and out and under 20 to 25 minutes! Not to mention cleaning up well! They always have the notes from the previous cut to make it look the way I want. They usually able to execute well!"

"Well I think we need to find a new place to get our hair cut. The last severance times here have been awful. Terrible uneven haircuts that we need to get fixed. The only good style here is either Shelby. All the rest have given us terrible haircuts I can’t recall all their names but Riley and Shelby are terrible. I’ve been here many times, and I have brought my children here many times. For the most part, we’ve always had a good haircut for a decent price. Until yesterday, my son had the worst haircut he has ever had in his entire life. It put him into tears so bad. He just wanted a slight trim and they completely butchered over half his hair off his head. They gave a 16-year-old short bangs as if he was a five-year-old just awful. The hairdresser Riley needs to go back to hairdresser school. I highly recommend not having her cut any but his hair. Everyone else that I’ve had at this location has been wonderful. They’re friendly, nice and do a good job cutting hair. Just stay away from Riley she completely butchered my sons hair. It was choppy and uneven and cut much shorter than he ever wanted. we did go back and speak with the manager today who was very nice and did the best she could to make a bad situation better."

"I absolutely can NOT say enough about the is location! I have never had a bad experience. I have 2C/3A curly hair that had 0 movement, some heckin’ thick bangs, has been falling out in clumps and really needed a trim. I’m very weird about my hair being cut and was super nervous going in. I was placed with Riley and no joke, gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten! She listened to everything I asked for and DELIVERED. Another lady helped with my bangs and man.. it was just a great experience. Everyone is wonderful here. I bring both of my daughters here for hair cuts and everyone is always super sweet with them and they have so much fun while they’re here too. Honestly, I could go on and on. Hands down the best location I’ve ever been to."
