"Ordered the valentine deluxe and got what looked to be a funeral arrangement. The picture had roses but when they delivered them to my wife at her work it had zero roses. This was a surprise and not a good one. They usually do a good job but not sure what happened today. Very disappointed."

I placed my order and the recipient was so happy with the arrangement. The description she gave me was beautiful and I wish I had a picture to share (she is 90 yrs old and owns a landline) Between placing the order and the delivery I spoke to a few people at the shop and everyone was just as friendly. Highly recommend this shop."
