"I made this appointment same day, last minute because my hair is long and I never take care of it so I decided to have it trimmed up. I’ve only been to this salon for massages with Emily who is absolutely amazing. So this was a first for my hair, but Jennifer made me feel like I was a regular. So fun, laid back and easy to talk with. As soon as I sat in the chair, she had a plan for how to tame my fried ends. I was in and out in 20 minutes feeling like I lost 10lbs of dead hair and more MUCH healthier hair, the length is still perfect. I could tell she knew what she was doing which was very comforting! She used a leave-in product which made my hair look and feel more alive, and I purchased a bottle but she wasn’t pushy with up-selling in the slightest. Great efficient and honest service. I will definitely make more of an effort to return to this salon and be more kind to my hair!"
