"I went in wanting to treat myself and to get something new done to my hair, anyone can agree getting your hair done is something great to do once in awhile! When I left it wasn’t what I was expecting but it looked nice! Low maintenance, so I thought, and simple! I grew to love it! The following day I showered and my hair was completely orange and didn’t even look remotely close to what it looked like the day before(used color safe shampoo and conditioner along with blue shampoo). Also, when I went to clip my hair up I realized my face framing pieces were completely uneven! They did offer for me to come in so they could fix it but I don’t have the time to go back in and was denied a partial refund or even the price difference for the service I was charged for versus what I actual got. I ended up going back to dark and having to buy the products to fix it myself. This whole experience was supposed to be something to treat myself and to destress as I have a lot going on and after this I was left with even more stress and the complete opposite result of what I originally wanted, just disappointed. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing….the space is beautiful. Brian listens to my needs and colors/cuts my hair to fit my lifestyle.
