"Sherrie the owner whatever her name is.. is extremely rude! I called to get more info on a particular massage service. I asked for their instagram after the links on the janky website didn’t work. I called to book my massage & she told me a deposit needed to be paid I said no problem. She asked me to send her my contact details which I did! After sending my details she booked my appointment. At this time I was out of state just days after getting surgery & in pain. This day I was checking out of my hotel & had runs to complete before my flight. Shortly after she cancelled my appointment when I texted why she responded “don’t you own a business you should know & said I was rude lol. Extremely unprofessional, rude & distasteful. If you need someone to send you a deposit within the hour for an booking business must not be going that well, even if she let me keep my appointment I wouldn’t of booked with her I would never want to deal with someone whose that impatient & unprofessional! Needs to fix her attitude, website links & professionalism!"
