"Had to update as my color didn't last past 2 washes. They re applied the toner (for a charge) which only lasted 4 washes. Ended up spending almost $200 on color correction that lasted about 2.5 weeks. I called to try to come up with a new plan for my hair. First week they didn't return my call. After I finally got a hold of Carissa, she said she had some ideas but needed a second opinion and would be sure to call me back. She never did. Disappointing. Posting a picture of my hair after one wash with color safe shampoo. (It's the one that looks muddy and a bit greenish) Tonia and Carissa spent a decent amount of time with me on my free consultation before I decided what to do. I was looking for something to blend my incoming grays. Here's my before and after. I've never been able to get rid of the red undertones in my hair no matter what I've had done. They got it on the first try! Love the different ashy tones! To bad it didn't last and I wasted so much money. Sorry gals, I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but I ended up losing out."
