"First time here! First time getting gel nails! My experience was wonderful. I was welcomed by the owner, who offered me a beverage choice (I selected red wine). My nail tech was very nice, very professional, and did an amazing job with my mani-pedi. I could not have asked for a more relaxing time! Parking wasn't too bad. They offer a discount if you pay by cash. I will def be going back!"

"Very disappointed with the lack of communication on pricing!! I was charged separately for every little thing (the shape, French tip, chrome polish, gel polish) and the quality was subpar. The staff is kind and friendly, but be advised to ASK them for a detailed service breakdown BEFORE you begin or you will be overcharged! I paid $100 for short, almond shaped nails with crooked lines and bubbles in the paint. I am so disappointed. Of course the owner was not available for assistance."

"I’ve been looking for a new nail salon to try out closer to home and came across Gaia in Ohio city. The salon was very clean, convenient and offered refreshments upon arrival . I had booked a GEL-X Fullset and added 2 gems (total: $127.47 including tip). Unfortunately, after about 2-3 days I started noticing cracks throughout the nails and rust on the gems. Due to my busy work schedule I wasn’t able to book a repair appointment until the following week. They were able to service me first thing in the morning, free of charge (left a tip). Sadly, I started experiencing more cracks & have decided to just remove them. In conclusion: I would go again but would not get the GEL-X."
