"Been going to this salon for years no issues. That is until yesterday Jan.16th. Wish I had noticed the name of the girl who cut my hair. Hard to explain what I ended up with. Could've done better myself with a weed wacker. When I complained, she said I could go elsewhere. Obviously I'll not be returning to that location again."

"Took my son (6) and daughter (12) to get their haircut tonight. My daughter's hair stylist was great. Now Nichole J that was taking care of my son has no business working with children. She was rude and I bit my tongue the whole time. Afterwards I put my kids in the car (parked right in front of the door where I could see them) and just wanted to let her know I didn't appreciate the way she treated my 6 YEAR OLD SON and she got nasty with me. She's very lucky I'm not crazy because another mother might have assaulted her for the way she was talking. Everyone else there was fantastic but if you have a kid stay away from Nichole J. Beautiful girl on the outside but mean, nasty , and completely ugly on the inside. Who lies to a kid just to make them feel bad??? She does!!! Shout out to Allison for getting rid of his itchies when Nichole J couldn't even finish the job right. You are awesome!!!"

"By far the WORST location I have ever been to.. they seen my son crying and refused service! Also said they can’t have him crying in the store because of the other customers which there was only one customer at the time… other great clips locations and stylist go above and beyond to make it joyful for the kids but this location didn’t care or try !!"
