"Hope this poor review is not too long. I am a cancer patient still receiving intravenous chemotherapy for 2 years. Was lucky to still have head of hair but not in great shape. Was referred to Cheryl for chemo hair extensions. Underwent the process for $1600. Two to three weeks later the extensions and my natural hair started to fall out. I reached out to the salon 3 times in one week asking to be seen earlier than my follow up appointment that was in 3 weeks. My request fell on deaf ears. Was told this was normal and couldn't see me earlier. Was also told there was no one else available at the salon other than Cheryl to service me. In the next 3 weeks all my hair and extensions fell out. I arrived with full head of hair, 6 weeks later I'm bald. I have since found out that industry standard was that I shouldn't have been offered extensions while still on IV chemotherapy Cheryl was aware of my chemo status. She did give me a partial refund on the follow up visit. But after finding out that I never should have been a candidate for extensions, I think I'm entitled to full refund. I emailed Cheryl my thoughts on full refund. Again, fell on deaf ears, no reply to my email. PSA to my many chemo sisters out there; don't get chemo hair extensions. The extensions are not normally refundable but I appreciate her doing so with my case."

"My hairstylist was super nice, but my hair didn’t turn out anything like I asked. Reached out via email and Facebook for refund or fix and never heard back. Very unprofessional In that aspect. Below is a picture of what I asked for, versus what I got."

"After reading the reviews, I wanted to love this place. The interior is clean and classy and the people are incredibly friendly. That, unfortunately, is where my positives end. I took three daughters, in their 20s, for hair coloring. We started with 15 minute consultations to get an idea about whether what they wanted to do was practical or possible. I should have suspected an issue when their consultations took less than five minutes. The youngest wanted to "go blonde", from medium brown. No problem, the stylist assured. Five hours and $200 later she looked exactly like when i took her in. If you look closely, there are a few lighter streaks. They actually bleached her hair, (leaving some untouched because it would look more natural... not what was asked for), and then dyed it to the same color it originally was, except the tips which are a bit lighter. I repeatedly asked what i was paying for, but got almost rude comments that it was what she asked for... it wasn't. A week later, the next youngest got hers dyed, pink... go figure. It was probably the best job, but there were areas left without dye that are barbie doll blonde and 48 hours later, without being washed or touched other than brushing, it faded in some areas and not in others. Still, my daughter is pretty happy with it, and we think we can touch it up in the spots that have no dye. The third daughter wanted to go burgundy red. It looked great when she got home, except on one side there were large spots that weren't dyed. She waited 4 days to wash it, and when she did, the water ran red... it washed right off. Now it is an orangey red in spots, and "Ronald McDonald" orange in spots, and the bleached orangey blonde in the spots that weren't dyed. More than $200 and we are going to have to get a box dye to try to make it look decent. In all, a waste of our money. We will try a different salon next time. These pics were taken 3 to 4 days after the color was put in, just for reference. The brown was supposed to be golden blonde, the patchy pink is 3 days after the pink was put in and the... orange calico was to have been burgundy."

"Needed a change. I went to a jr stylist. She did an amazing job on my brown to red and purple ombre. They took care of me, prices were reasonable. Would highy reccommend to my friends!"
