"Went in to get a fill and a shape change, I am extremely disappointed! I told her I liked the length I had but she shortened them anyway. The I asked for almond shape and SHOWED HER A PICTURE. They are extremely crooked and now I need to wait to get a new set because they are beyond fixable and I'm not paying for a new set a day after I paid for this one. They rushed me out the door because they had regulars come in for a fill."
