"Recently dined here after much anticipation and was left mostly satisfied! The hummus was delicious, along with the fresh flatbread and Zhug (one of our fave parts of the meal). The date braised lamb was also a big standout. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and tender, but the octopus dish we had much anticipated was super greasy/salty and a very small portion so that one left us a bit disappointed. Cocktails were just okay, tasty but nothing super unique. Overall very good but a bit expensive for what you get, but will return for a smaller meal!"

"Really excellent place. Not at all the standard mediterranean flavors I expected, more leaning into the middle eastern/Israeli /Lebanese side in types of dishes. The taste profiles were very bold, but if this kinda cuisine is your thing, you'll love it. Despite stuffing our faces, I didn't feel bad after the meal at all. That saffron braised lamb in particular was outrageously good. The signature Zhug hot sauce couldn't be better and was generously used on everything."

"The nigella seed and burnt onion hummus was so tasty! As were the other dishes, however the hummus stood out the most. Also the zhug sauce was great, as the spice help cut through the oiliness of the eggplant moussaka. Only thing that wasn’t quite my taste was the pita bread, as I like mine a bit more charred on the outside. Overall service and atmosphere was great. It gets full very quickly so do plan ahead or go early as they don’t take reservations."

"Beautiful modern space with incredible food! The staff was friendly and welcoming! Loved that there are some many veggie and gluten free options (sometimes it difficult to find both together). Everything was beautifully presented and delicious! I tried several things and loved them all. The muhamarra with walnuts was very fresh, not too spicy, but extremely savory and pretty. Served with fresh flatbread. The beets were so yummy, surprising textures, and a great combination of flavors. The crispy mustard seed was sooo tasty! The forbidden rice and lentils was warm and comforting. I sat at the bar and watched the bartender make so many of the carrot mango rum cocktail that I had to have one myself… it was fresh, bright, and refreshing! Highly recommend this spot as a happening location for meeting friends or a nice date night. Enjoy!"

"Very friendly staff, food was very healthy and not salty. The waitress allowed us to try different spices with the hummus. The Zhung Sangria was really good, and the tahini ice cream was extremely creamy. Also the cod cake was very soft inside and crispy outside. I got swept in the great food and ambience that I forgot to take pictures of all the dishes, but would highly recommend!"
