"You have to like the name brand Jordan. Otherwise, you're going to see yourself just buying completely overpriced shoes. Some because they may be difficult to aquire elsewhere. It's a clothing store, as well. Nice set up. No Concords, though, which are the most sought after."
"I usually don’t like shopping in these type of stores because the customer service is bad majority of the time. All I can say is the customer service at “Intro” was excellent!!!! I purchased shoes for my 3 & 6 year old. Everyone was so pleasant. I wish I could have gotten the name of the one young man that was there. He was so friendly & helpful! We came back the next week because my 17 year old was looking to replace a Nike hoodie that she had misplaced. You “May” pay a little more for some of their items but IDC. I will pay more for GREAT SERVICE!"
