"We purchased a hot tub and found out by them it needed a mother board. They installed it, then we needed a new cover and also purchased from them. Now, tge hot tub isn't heating so I called to see if there was a warranty on the motherboard. The person on the phone said they'd check it out and they'd text me with an appointment time. They took my debit/credit card number "to have on file" prior to even scheduling. I received a text, in the evening, 3 weeks later, saying they'd be able to look at it the next afternoon if we didn't already get it repaired. I responded that we bought tge motherboard and cover there, so no, we hadn't but less than 24 hours notice wouldn't work for us. They responded that it's " pool season and they'd been running ragged so you can just contact someone else." Wow. Beware! Definitely unprofessional! Wish I wouldn't have given this company a penny of my money! No one else is busy but your company, right?! People WORK! RUDE AND BUYERS BEWARE! THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS!!!!"
