"I hired Highland Construction Al Smith, Nora and Evan ( his kids) in 2016 to resurface my pool and install new stepedge tile and a skimmer. They started late and they never did the job properly. Upon completion, we realized they never removed the existing tile that the contract said was going to be done, the poor workmanship bad communication skills. I complained the day they finished and the owner never came to look at my pool for weeks after they finished. They covered up mistakes they made. The end result was that they could not fix the pool that they had damaged and they gave me my money back. STAY AWAY! I did not want to give them any stars but the system would not let me posted unless I gave them at least one star."
