"One year, we had someone experienced who was good. Second year (2021) we were with them, we got a teenager who did not get results, but worse, failed to tell us the pool would be closed or reschedule with us. We went and no one was there! It took several days to reach anyone and we never heard from the instructor. Not even an apology for zero communication from either the man in charge, Brian, or the instructor. We were told, since the pool was closed, we could get our remaining lessons after they moved back to their own pool, but only if I registered for more money, $75. I shouldn't have to pay more money to get two lessons cancelled not by us and without any notice or prior communication. I have since learned this has happened to others we know, in different years, so cannot recommend them. We found a better option, ate the loss of lessons paid for, and are not returning. Response: First, we exchanged emails and I stopped emailing you back after it was clear I would neither receive a reimbursement for lessons you cancelled with no notice, nor would you provide those lessons unless I paid additional money. Asking me for more money for lessons I did not cancel and no one communicated with me about to schedule before you switched back is not reasonable. The lack of communication was abysmal. When you did respond, you said I should pay more money to get two lessons already paid for, which you called a registration fee. Even if an insurance fee, which is not what you told me, neither you nor your employee communicated a closure when scheduling with me. It is not a cost a client should pay to access what is already owed. As the additional price was not presented up front, you did not carry out your contract. Really, as the person in charge, you should have notified us of pool closures before it occurred and, at minimum, apologized for the lack of communication. Charging me more money for your error is bad practice."

"The instructors cancel with no notice. There was a 5 week period we had no lessons. The program is very unresponsive an unorganized. When we made a complaint there response was to threaten to kick us out of the program. They also do not have a phone number and you can only email them. I would recommend going to a different swim lesson for your kids. UPDATE The only thing that was "offered" to make it right was tell respond to my email that someone else was covering the lesson that was missed. however our lesson time was already over. My children were not running, and no complaint was made this week. I have them sit and read during their siblings lessons. their are other children that run around, but as they are not my children they are not my responsibility. Brian never said anything to me about my children until we complained about the swim lessons, at that time he threatened to kick us out of the program"
