"Ok earlier this year I took a pair of mules to Hassan needing the shoe adjusted by width I waited and called for maybe a week and a half finally they were ready. I picked up the shoes wore them the next day, ended up falling and scraping my knees due that the shoe came apart while walking! Omg!!! Embarrassing and very painful moment. Do I need to say more!"
"If I could give negative stars I would. He gave me a price when I dropped my shoes off. Then charged me one and a half times that when I went to pick them up and didn't completely repair all of my shoes. Go to Howell's of you want your shoes repaired properly and without being scammed."
