"First off, let me say this is not a paid review. My old shoe repair place went out of business, so I chose this place based on its reviews. I was skeptical at first, because the reviews were sooooo positive. But I thought I would give it try as opposed to buying a new pair of boots. The heel plate came clean off of one of my boots, and I had a pair of pumps that the heel on one of the shoes disintegrated off. I took them both in and Frenchie took good care of me- with a fast turn-around time too! He replaced all 4 heels even though only 2 were needed. He polished up my boots and the replaced heels look better than what was originally on them! They look brand new! I am more than happy with his work and will be taking all my shoe repairs to him from now on. The only thing I would warn about is the parking on Spring Grove, but the service is worth the inconvenience."
"Frenchy is THE BEST! I highly recommend! He salvaged 2 pairs of well loved, favorite boots & a purse last year for a reasonable price (sorry that I didn't post a rave review then). This week he repaired the heels & replaced zipper on one of this same pair & they look perfect. Thank you, Frenchy!"

Short of writing a long review I will say that he went way over and beyond to get these boots serviced very last minute for my son! He did not JUST put a shine on the boot but RECONDITIONED the entire boot. Very professional and kind!! These are the type of owners you want to give your business to. Great value! Great price! He is a master in the business!! I drive from Anderson and will continue to take my families boots and shoes to Cincinnati Shoe Repair."
