"Got my nails done in May just found the picture and remembered. I got a simple coffin with black gel polish. left and less than a day later the black polish was chipping and the 1st layer was still wet. I’m not gonna say anything bad because i’ve gotten my nails done other times from there & they’ve always looked amazing. I just won’t go back after them messing something up that was extremely simple. I only have 1 picture but by the end of the day more than 1 nail was chipped and i had to soak them off. it was a waste of money that I won’t get back."
"I have been going here for over 2 years, my most recent experience (yesterday) was TERRIBLE! They didn’t give the color I asked for at all (the blue pictured) and the guy doing it was in such a rush because he was “hungry” that he didn’t even put a top coat on my nails so they’re already ruined. He also kept making very inappropriate comments."
"My husband took my daughters out to get their nails done for after graduation and there are bumps in the polish and 4 of my daughters of one of my daughters peels off already. The one one has a big chip missing out of it. This is suppose to last a long time , this isn’t their first time getting their nails done. But it’s the first time coming here. And it was $60 for Kids!!!! If I could rate a 0 I would."
"I visit every 3 to 4 weeks. The staff are amazing and professional. Vi does amazing designs and keeps my nails looking beautiful. I work two labor intense jobs that keep my hands busy. I'm amazed at how well these stay on and don't break!"
