"I had Rainbow Pools in Amelia Ohio close my pool in the fall of 2020. Upon opening my pool this spring, there was plugs missing that had to be replaced before I could complete opening my pool. I stopped at the store and spoke to the owner. She said she would ask them about it. I stated that I shouldn't have to pay for them since it was her people that miss-placed the parts. She again said she would speak to the people, but if I wanted the plugs at that time I would have to pay for them. I told her nobody is going to remember what they did with 3 small plugs 7 months ago.. Not a bad store to buy from, but get a more reputable business to close your pool."

"The worst company ever! The installer is lazy and doesn't complete the job in a timely fashion. I had to hound them just to finish what they had started. Extension cords came up missing outside after job was half finished. We've had nothing but problems since installed. Definitely not worth the money!"

He will leave the job partially installed and you will be left to complete it. Think twice before dealing with this company. You will experience buyer's remorse!"
