"Not very clean. Not very family friendly. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful place can be ruined by people and how they take care of things. Deer creek needs to get this place cleaned up and enforce their rules. I have been Here twice in my life and will not be coming back, Myself or my kids."
"Very nice park with great beach and picnic areas. Tons of parking. Plenty of port-o-potties and dumpsters for trash too, although you have to navigate past them to get down to the beach, which is a little off-putting. Would have been better to tuck these away rather than have them be a focal point in what is otherwise a very beautiful landscape."
"Nice size beach with picnic areas and parks nearby. I loved the views. The beach area is kept clean. It also has fishing spots available nearby. I really enjoyed my time here at Deer Creek State Park and Beach!"
"Very clean, water felt great, and had a good time with our family cooking out. My only complaint is that the dumpsters are overflowing. But otherwise, it was a good trip. The beach was clean as was the parking lot. We normally go to alum creek but I think from now on well be here. Nice picnic area too!"
"I really enjoyed my time here at the beach. It wasn't too crowded everyone was very polite respectful, and there wasn't a lot of trash everywhere. This is the only place that you can swim with your dog and I love it! I've been coming here since I was very little. They now have the bath house torn down, but there are porta potties there and Dan's Deli was there serving lunch when I was there."
