"Our company provides yearly safety footwear. Red Wing happens to be one of the suppliers, and as many of us have learned, customer service can be hit or miss depending on the location. The (10128) store is a definite miss. I walked in ready to buy some expensive boots but was totally ignored by the man sitting behind the counter. No hello or good afternoon or I'll be with you in a few minutes... nothing. I walked around the store for a bit and left. This isn't unique or new. RW tends to treat customers like we're asking for free merchandise. I see why many of the people at our plant don't bother dealing with RW anymore. This will be my last attempt as well. I would recommend Boot Country or Hy-Test or any other establishment with better selction, prices, and especially customer service."
