"Horrible experience! The guys have no idea what they are doing when it comes to pool mechanics. All they know is to apply chlorine and clean pools. They have no idea of how the motors work in the pool system. They come up with completely wrong diagnosis every time . They’ve been called out a couple of time . They claimed our pool was leaking when in fact the guys left one of our valves open. We almost went down a rabbit hole searching for a leak. Luckily we got another diagnostic company to come out. Now we are dealing with a bad pump that they claimed they changed 2 months ago. We paid top dollars for this . 3 electricians later, we found out that the ‘’new pump ‘’ is bad ! We should have actually looked at reviews before using them. Be warned !"

"We had a bad experience w/ another pool company who was unprofessional, rude, and cost us a month of pool time because they measured & ordered the wrong size liner. We didn’t even get a simple “I’m sorry.” Once it was in, we realized our pool light that they had checked & said was fine wasn’t working and our heater wouldn’t fire up. 614 Pools came out the same day we called. When they learned we had a graduation party scheduled in 2 days, we were told they would drive to get the part(s) they thought was needed & if it didn’t fix the problem, they would get a new unit the next day. Thankfully, he was able to fix it w/ the new part & got the heater working as well! It was so refreshing to have someone who not only knew what they were doing, but was kind enough to understand the urgency we had to get things working before our party. Will definitely use them for our future needs!"

"We needed to have our pool liner replaced this year because of its age. 614 Pools was very responsive when getting quotes from several companies and were competitively priced. The communication from them was outstanding as we faced delays in the production of the liner, had to pick a new one and then answering all my questions. The instal team was phenomenal. It was a full day of work for them. They were very respectful of our home, our time and even put up with my annoying dogs trying to help them. They came back out twice to check the chemical balance and inspect the liner. Highly recommend 614 Pools."

"614 Pools completed a liner replacement and pool closing for me last year. The teams were professional and easy to work with. The liner replacement was quicker than expected. The pool was only out of commission for one day. The only issue with my closing was the team was not familiar with my IntelliChem controller so I had to pull the store the sensors myself. Otherwise everything was smooth."
