First Nails

"The women who did my nails is beyond disrespectful. I was very disappointed with the way my visit went, I asked her multiple times to fix something about my nails and she would just look at me and snatch my hand. My nails are done horribly and were done with no effort whatsoever. I left the salon with acrylic on my skin and, the back of my nails glued to my fingers. Horrible customer service and, very lazy work. I do not recommend and will not be going back."

"This is only the second time I was there. The first time the lady cut my nail off and didn't want to replace it. This second time months later I go there and the older man cut my nail and it had to be replaced, after I had told him I wanted to keep my real nails. I got these done on Tuesday 12/26/2023 today is 12/29/2023. I haven't even had them on for a whole week and the top coat is coming off, they don't even have a shine to them anymore. This should not of happened. I will NOT go back!"

"Have had my nails on for a week and they are already popping off. Paid 60 dollars for them, so they should stay on good but they are not. I won't go back there."

"They fell off my fiance on the day after going. They did replace them but they kept saying "you pulled them off" and she didn't. Then they said " she wanted a different color" which was not why we wanted them reattached..... The replaced them and again the next day they fell off. They were poorly shaped to begin with and they burned her and hurt her and made her bleed both times. I heard her talk to them on speakerphone. The man was very rude untill I called him and threaten to go down there. Bottom line is they accepted the money but did a poor job and are unwilling to admit it. My fiance will continue to go to Elly nails. They are much friendlier and honest. She only tried first nails because Elly nails had to close early. Big mistake. We are disputing the payment for services not rendered. I called myself and asked how the nails they put on last and the gentleman said 2 and a half weeks to 3 weeks. Not sure why they keep coming off in two days. But again they looked horribly shaped as well... No skill."

"I love coming here and have been going for about 20 years or so. The atmosphere is amazing and the receptionist welcomes you as soon as you walk in. They make it feel like you are apart of the big family they have. Tina does my nails but if she is too busy, I love going to Jen, Steve, Kim or really anyone there. They all do such an amazing job and I definitely recommend going there. Make sure you try to make an appointment because walk-Ins are a hit or miss at times."
