"I waited 2 years to get my hair cut from shaving the side of my head until it was finally long enough ( collar bone length) to even the other side out, I want in there explained all of it to her, she said she understood. Then she cut the short part shorther to my chin!!! I told her she cut the wrong side and tried to tell me I came in like That! All she did was take some ends off! I'll never go back SHE made my hair even more uneven can't wear it down at all now! Now I know why I've never heard of anyone going here"
