"Toni likes to cancel appointments, REPEATEDLY, on her clients, without warning! Your appt can be in a half hour, and suddenly there’s an unscheduled game, that was magically scheduled without warning! THREE times in a row!!! If you make an appointment with a different stylist, be prepared for nasty comments to be said about you, along with glares & stares from Toni. Pay attention to how the stylists’ hair looks! One has hair that is YELLOW. Like a crayon! NOT blonde, NOT attractive… I mean YELLOW!! Nothing in nature or comics is that color or shade…it’s what Europeans make fun of Americans over, and they teach their professional stylists what NOT to do! There are salons on every corner…you might want to consider a different one. They leave a lot to be desired under the term “professional.” - They are more talented at being “catty!” Toni was upset at me, bc Im a caregiver, and had to cancel ONE TIME, bc an elderly client of mine had an emergency, where I had to call 911, and wait for the ambulance with her! I think that a single time of cancelling, while waiting for an ambulance is a legit reason for cancelling. It’s more acceptable than 3 times, bc of a “game!!”"
