"I don’t like giving a “bad” reviews - especially when the overall experience wasn’t awful. My teenage daughter got her nails done here on Friday and the tech was friendly enough and I believe did her best. Unfortunately when we got home and inspected my daughter’s nails more closely we weren’t especially happy with the quality but more importantly she brought to my attention that she had several cuts on her fingers from the file or drill. She said she didn’t realize she’d been cut while her nails were being done because it just stung a bit. She also said she saw the tech just pull the instruments out of a drawer - not out of an individual, sterilized pack so we are unsure if the instruments were clean or single use. I am concerned that my child is now at risk for some sort of infection or blood borne pathogen. I am hoping the instruments were cleaned before use at the very least but unfortunately I do remember the tech simply putting them back after she was done with my daughter’s nails so I’m assuming they were used on multiple people. I hope if nothing else the salon will see this review and put hygiene as the forefront for their future customers."
"Love love love my nails went to a different place to get them done and hated them. Brian filled them in shaped them perfect and did a super cute design. I most definitely will be back to get them filled in in a few weeks."
"I came in on a Saturday at like 12:15 and immediately got in and these new set of nails were $65 for stiletto with gel"
"Edit: Went back and they did fix two of my nails. Much better. Thanks! Got dip powder done on Saturday and it’s now Monday and I have a chip. Normally sns dip lasts 3 weeks with no issues. She left rough spots on the tops of my finished nails. Never pushed back my cuticles."
"Never interacted with my daughter. Just interacted with each other. Long conversation between the two of them. Cut her and didn't ask if she was ok. Price was higher than listed. Unpleasant trip for my child. Will never go back."
