"Appt was 215p...got told she was running 15 min late which was fine. I'd spent weeks researching colors and cuts and all I wanted to do. I scheduled a 2 hr appt. I advised her I'm losing mobility in my fingers and hands and need a shorter cut. She didn't take me til 315 and I was upset because we now had no time to do what I'd spent weeks planning and sending her pics for. The cut was rushed and is horribly uneven. I can't pin it back because you can see it's uneven. I can only do intricate styles that make my arms and hands ache. It's also noticeably thinner on one side the other. It takes weeks and sometimes months to get any time to myself. Let alone be treated with such apathy after being a customer for years. A repair was offered but I don't have the time to come back anytime soon so I've been stuck for weeks now having people ask me what happened to my hair because she didn't tale my time seriously."
