"My biggest complaint is with scheduling. My friend and I have been going to Wynn for several months, every 3 weeks for acrylic fill and gel polish. We make appointments weeks in advance. More than once, we get there, sign in, and are left sitting for an extended time, only to find out, after we approach to ask why, that our tech will be out for awhile. We are immediately set up with someone else. We confirm before we leave, the time and date of our next standing appointment and requested the tech we had just seen. I get a call 3 weeks later saying that I don't have a tech and then the time they confirmed was wrong. This or something real similar has happened frequently. And to be honest, not always did we get quality manicures. Not worth it anymore. Too many other places. Pretty buisness, bad customer service."

"Wynn Nail Salon is the best around. They are very hospitable, the techs are friendly and very capable. Since coming here I’ve brought 5 others people who have become regulars. I recommend Maddison for SNS and pedicures, Kevin, Ania & Holly for Gel and pedicures, and of course Sara for everything. Can’t go wrong with anyone here."
