"the wax itself was good - no complaints but I made same day appt- called at 1:15 pm and was given 1:45pm appt . When i arrived at 1:45 i was told she was running 10 min behind. I was not take back for my app until 2:20pm . Just a little frustrating as i would have preferred to reschedule if i knew how long i would be waiting"
