"Hung up on me when I told her my mother who had been coming there for more than 20 years was having mobility problems. Said she would pass because she was afraid she would fall in her shop. I told her I would help her in and out. Would not set up appointment which is fine but just hung up on me. Rude and insensitive to a loyal customer. Sad."
"Judy is extremely rude; always talks and pays no attention to what she is doing. She is nasty to her customers and does not conduct herself in a professional manner. You never should yell at your customers or shake your finger in their faces. Never go there!"
"Horrible experience. The lady that cut my hair made it look terrible. I'm embarrassed to even show myself in public. It was the older blonde lady that cut my hair, the one that drive the 4 door SUV. She was also extremely rude to me. I don't understand why she has to be so bitter and rude. Very unprofessional , terrible hair cut. I will not be going back and will be advising others to find somewhere better."
"Do Not Go Here! My grandmother scheduled me an appointment with their hair colorist Tia and when we arrived for the appointment they said that we have never set it up even though we were told to be there at 2pm on Saturday by Tia herself. If a stylist gives you a time to be there that is an appointment. Then Tia tried to act like it was for a different day and when she couldn't find us on a different day in the salons calendar she said we were suppose to call back and confirm. I have never had to call back to confirm at a salon that says be here at 2pm. Tia was VERY rude to my grandmother and said that it was our fault. I will never give my business to a company that blames its customers for its lack of organization. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!"
