"I've had a couple interactions and each time they are grumpy and unhelpful. I kept assuming it was just an off day. I ordered a part,planning to pick it up the next day. Checked the hours and they're supposed to be open until 5:30pm. I work so that was helpful. Arrived at 5:25pm (walk in, get the part and pay) and lights were out, no-one there. I called, no voicemail, no help. I like Napa and I like local;, but the unhelpfulness is tiring. And not being there (with no notice) is just poor. I'll go elsewhere even though this is very handy."
"Older man behind the counter acted like I was bothering him when I came in. Got aggravated when I couldn't think of the thing that I needed. When I needed advice on what kind of grease I needed he was no help, just kept saying depends on what you need. I was looking for help and he offered none. I put everything back and took my business elsewhere."
