"I went in at the end of summer to buy patio furniture for my newly built deck. Near the front window was a clerk putting up a Christmas tree. He glanced at me and then looked the other way and ignored me. I browsed all of the patio and garden items for about 15 minutes. Not once did the clerk talk to me or walk over to ask if I need help. Wow, how do they even sell anything if they make you feel like you are not a valued customer?"
