"I coach a local bowling team, i would never use this company to buy your clothing from. Placed an order for 17 shirts, and six weeks later, still don't have them. No communication from them, our season is almost half over, and still no shirts. What am i suppossed to tell the parents and kids where their shirts are ? How do they stay in business with poor customer service like this ? I would like manangement to address my bowlers and parents directly, to tell them where or when their shirts will come in."

"Horrible turn-around time and horrible response. Spending over $300 twice a year on spirit wear and player packs for multiple sports. The receipts says delivery within 4 weeks. Every single time, we wait over 6 weeks, sometimes longer. We don't receive our items until half-way thru the season and don't mention any problems or issues with your orders, those take twice as long to correct and get fixed. Call, leave messages, email, no response or delayed response for weeks. There are plenty of other companies out there who can turn around orders and deliver within 2 weeks. I urge you to look elsewhere!"

"Not impressed. My shirt was purchased through a fundraiser by my son's team. My shirt was backordered and when I called 5 weeks into the season, the salesman told me it had shipped when it had not even been made yet. Then he avoided my calls. I finally talked with someone who refunded my money and shipped me the shirt. The shirt isn't here yet and my son's last game is in 2 days. There was another mom who ordered the same shirt and received hers prior to today's game. I will spend my money locally if the team does a fundraiser with this company again."

"!!!Would give zero stars if I could!!! Apparel that was received was not at all what was ordered, I am very disappointed in the quality of this company. Online material looked great however the real life product was less than adequate. I have never been more disappointed with an online purchase. I ordered a black long-sleeve with our teams logo on the middle of it and the finished product was nothing like what it was meant to look like. Other people on the team ordered 100% polyester climate tech t-shirts and received cotton shirts instead. This means that they all payed more money expecting a higher quality product than they ended up receiving. Other people did not receive parts of their orders and it does not seem likely that they will be sent their missing items at any point. Often times the logo is off center and it is appalling to think that a company would have any pride in these products. The epic failures of these products are up to par with the failure that was the Hindenburg. The blimp looked good before take off, and the apparel looked good online, but once it was airborne and blew up the reality came into light."

"I ordered clothes through this company. They were two weeks late on the order and they didn’t even have my order completed when I got it. It took them a month and a half to process my order too. I’m still waiting on the rest of my order and I haven’t received any type of compensation for not receiving my full order. DON’T do any business here, unless you only want some of the things you pay for when it’s convenient for them."
