"No one is ever available to help. When you do spend 30 minutes trying to find someone on the floor, they have no clue about what you need or are looking for. Then it takes another 20 minutes plus to find at least 2 more people, and if you are lucky, the 3rd one can show you somewhat in the general area it is but nothing more. If you need actual advice, you are in big trouble."
