"I have been a member of the YMCA for the majority of my life and value the morals and mission this organization upholds. However, I am very disappointed with my experiences at this facility. As a paying customer of the Orrville YMCA I have on multiple occasions been misinformed and kicked out of the facility due to discrepancies between hours of operation listed online and supposed hours of operation once at the facility. Now that it is after Memorial Day other natatoriums/pools are open and I would highly recommend utilizing these other facilities for accurate hours. I would also recommend using other weight lifting facilities as equipment is aged and has not been updated. A suggestion to the Orrville YMCA: update your website with correct information and make sure workers are informed of these working hours. Sincerely, A Disappointed YMCA Member."
"A very nice YMCA. I haven't been to the gym since before they expanded, but it was a decent place to work out then. Plenty of free weights and machines for range of workouts. Probably even better now with more space. The pool is nice too for lap swimming and such."
