"We had the Chateau model rectangle pool installed in April 2023 by Premier Pools and Spas and we could not be happier with the entire process. From contract signing through install, all steps were smooth, quick and efficient. Scott with Premier Pools and Spas was extremely professional as were the rest of the install team. We interviewed many pool contractors over the last 3 years. Premier was the most clear in pricing options, reasonably priced and able to install the pool within just a few a weeks time. The install team arrived on time and completed the work very efficiently. We found the electronic billing process to be convenient as well. Scott answered our questions during the process quickly. We appreciated this level of communication with this large of a project. We would highly recommend working with Premier for anyone interested in installing a pool!"

"Premier Pools of Cleveland is the worst possible company to do business with. Their overall poor quality workmanship, absolute flippant attitude toward fixing problems and lack of attention to detail are absolutely unsatisfactory and if you choose to use them as your pool builder expect nothing but problems, excuses and then they will disappear. The first signs of issues started before the install even started. A pallet of items arrived at our home without any warning or notice. When Scott (one of the co-owners) was wandering our property after having never met this individual, my wife asked who he was and he smugly responded, “you are getting a pool, aren’t you?” This complete lack of professionalism from Day 1 of the “install” should have been a glaring warning sign. During the installation we knew that we would have to remove part of our fence for access and accommodated Premier Pools to do so. The opposite side of the yard where the pool equipment pad was going to go would have to have a section removed as well. Instead of giving us advanced warning to remove the sections, they took a reciprocating saw to two fence panels due to their laziness to either remove them properly or ask us to remove them. Only one panel needed to be removed to route the pipes, however, the complete destruction of the other panel was for their ease of access to the side yard. The next issue arose during concrete. Their concrete installer, Vladimir Bicvic, had an inexperienced crew and the overall schedule of the project led to massive errors in the cement work. First, the pool pump pad (see pictures) was framed using cardboard from our recycle bin to keep the base layer of gravel in place and is teetering on the edge at best. It is appalling that they feel this is an acceptable install. The concrete coping forms were placed on the pool before the cascade was installed, resulting in a huge amount of silicone caulk to fill the gaps under the uneven cement that goes up and over the cascade. It looks absolutely terrible. The poor coping installation also allowed cement to get under the coping in some areas leaving a jagged half inch to one inch area of extra cement under the coping (see pictures) and will never be correct for the life of the concrete. The only fix is to remove all the concrete and redo the project. The day the concrete pool coping/pad was installed his crew had multiple arguments in the yard and resulted in poor workmanship. His equipment broke resulting in the need to move cement with the skid steer that ran over one of his forms and was reinstalled not level (see picture with level). This massive dip in the concrete is a trip hazard, collects a pool of water again requires a complete tear out to fix. The install required two cement trucks and the first mix was acceptable. The second mix arrived “hot” and water was added to that mix to keep it from setting. Not being a concrete professional I was not aware of the issues he was creating at the time. Having talked to multiple professional concrete installers since, this mix should have been rejected and the massive discoloration is a result of adding water to a hot mix. Premier Pools is VERY careful to word in their contract that concrete discoloration is not their fault – it is like they know they do shoddy work and will result in terrible concrete work. The skimmer basket finish work is abysmal as well. It is set at an extreme angle (again not correct) and the top finish is again jagged and crooked (see picture). The electrician they subcontract is the laziest electrician in the area (probably the cheapest) as he left all his trash on site and was never cleaned. The conduit for the pool lights is open and left sitting on the ground (see picture) that will allow water to get inside. The proper way (learned after) is to seal it to the junction box that was not done. The reviews on Google are misleading. Vladimir Bicvic is their concrete installer. Many family members have given them 5-star reviews with no comments. BEWARE!!!"
