"They are adamant about not offer a list of services or prices. I saw certificates but I didn't get the time to read them. Was told "they do whatever the cosmetologist does". I'm not saying that their services are illegitimate, but their business practices are a red flag. If they change their business to be more professional I'll adjust this review."
