"I always go to Smart style . Michelle is a good hair dresser . She will do hair as you want it . I always leave her a tip too . I am happy when she gets done with my hair too . She will do perms , cuts , trims and coloring ."

"Horrible experience. Went to have my eyebrows waxed. When the lady had finished before I had even got out of the chair. I told her something didn’t feel right it actually hurt. She told me it was just a little red. I had said over 25 years of having my eyebrows done I had NEVER felt this. I was the last customer of the day. As I was driving home the burning just intensified. Ultimately, my skin had bubbled up. Scabbed over and now scarred.. As I was the last customer of the day, they were closed by the time I got home. I did go in the next day. A different lady working. Told me it was a chemical burn. And told me to come back in 3 Days when the manager would be there which is the person who did my eyebrows.This is your protocol? Where is the training smartstyle?? Safety? Customer service? I wanted them to recognize what may have went wrong so no one else got hurt. I was just brushed off. I did go in when the manager was working next to show her. And create awareness. She just said “sorry”. And brushed me off and that was it. I truly do not want anyone else to have to experience this."

"My Boyfriend and I had came in to get some hair cuts today, the lady who did my boyfriends hair did a fantastic job and I wish she did my hair!!! So the lady that had did my hair didnt seem like she wanted to spend much time to take to correctly cut my hair. She cut my hair with sissors once to "mark" where she is going to use some buzz clippers to cut the remainder of my trim. Now, I figured she knew was she was doing and I had faith that it was going to turn out great. But she had got to the front of my hair I knew I made a mistake by not speaking up about use those clippers on my hair. It turned out very uneven and choppy like a rag doll. She asked how I liked and lied because I wanted to get up out of that chair and get her away from my hair We went up to pay and a few moments went by and was getting ready to leave and she walks up and trims a few more pieces of my hair. And then takes a picture. So you might see my butchered hair on Google or Facebook thinking she did a good job. She will NEVER touch my hair again. And if ur not feeling sure about your hair dressers methods, PLEASE TELL THEM!!do not make the same mistake I did."

"Worse experience I've ever had with a haircut. I asked for the top to be scissor cut atleast finger tip length. And for the sides to be faded from a 3-0 and she shaved my entire head with a 3 then tapered the sides 3/4 of the way up my head as a zero. I'm pretty well completely bald now. I spent about an hr in her chair she spent about 10 minutes actually cutting my hair between waiting on customers and taking a restroom break. The elderly lady before left embarrassed of whay she recieved. It's probably not even her fault honestly 1 person being there would be overwhelming for anybody."

"Cassidy gave me a great cut and blow dry at a reasonable price. This location is under new management and trying to get the salon’s business built back up. It’s not a high end salon, but if you are looking for a good cut and reasonable pricing, then stop in or make an appointment."
