"Really regret going with this company. We had our pool installed 3 years ago this summer and from the initial installation to now it has been incredibly disappointing. The pool itself is fiberglass so that is fine, but the work that they did on the concrete and coping was consistently overpromised and underdelivered and absolutely not worth the price tag. The concrete was colored and is visibly different shades in different places. Additionally we discussed a border design on the outside edge because we have a step down and wanted a visual queue for the step. The border was not put in. When we asked why they gave an answer that we found unsatisfactory, but the concrete was set so there was really nothing that could be done at that point. I believe the reason the border was not put in was because of a lack of communication between the management and the workers which was a consistent theme. Lastly, our current headache is that we now need to get the coping around the pool replaced as it has completely pulled from the side of the concrete. We have gotten several estimates and a consistent sentiment from the contractors is that the coping was not done correctly the first time."
