"Went to go see Emily to do an all over highlight. As soon as I got there I was questioned by the front desk lady about what I wanted never seen or spoke to a stylist the entire time I was there. Manager went to talk to the stylist and she just shook her head no and I could clearly see she didn’t know how to do the service I requested even tho online It said she was a “color specialist”. I don’t even know why I tried again here because my last experience my hair got butchered. Don’t go to them unless you’re looking for very basic cut like dead ends maybe."

"All people working either haircut or styling sound tired and unhappy, they dont listen what you ask them about styling and trying politely get rid of you. another time person cut my hair like a mess and a lot of hairs with wired and apparently missed cut, hanging from me, also pretty expensive"

"10/28/23 I've been here multiple times. Have had four bad experiences. I asked for a certain color/highlights . Was told could not do blonde in my hair. Due to using Clairol root touch up in my hair. I said, "Fine, but I still want the same colors as the picture I showed them! The hairstylist said fine she would do copper highlights instead of blond. I thought we were in agreement that I was still getting the rest of the same colors. Well, apparently NOT! What I got was 100% different from what we agreed on. She did almost black hair with dark copper highlights. It looks horrible!! This is the same stylist that shaved two inches off my head! Literally had a two inch line across the back of my head!! I asked for a A line bob cut. Not a shaved head!! Thought I would give her another chance. Looks like I was wrong! Well, never return to this Sloan again!!"

"Susan was the most friendly and amazing receptionist I have ever met. I wanted to buy a bottle of shampoo that was on sale online and for pickup just from going into the store. She didn’t want me to have to wait around for 2+ hours while the order was filled so adjusted the price for me right then and there. We even had a nice conversation after! Thank you, Susan!"
