"The star is for this : They should try not to laugh and start talking in group in a language that others do not understand when customer ask concern or question ! Also before cutting a nail short they should ask the customer. When other customers come they are in a rush to finish the existing customers work. I suggest having a timer so they all customers are handled fairly. At the end their Apple Pay wasn’t working. The gel polish prices weren’t listed in their sheet! Over all very frustrating and so not recommend until things change. This was my first time here!"
"Need more details on this had to go in to see what they have wish they showed there form on here. I got a deluxe manicure wasn’t worth it the lady didn’t even message my hands just rotated my wrist with my thumb and pinky finger. Didn’t even do the other fingers. And constantly left and never came back was in there for a good 2 hours. Will give this story another try later on."
"yeah what it this. there are bubbles in the lines and clearly the lines are messy and all over the place. my ring finger doesn’t even match the rest of the design and it’s horrible. If you want the best nail place near by I would advise you to go to luminous nail spa 4 they are the best and actually pay attention and not look away while doing your nails. my nail technician was not looking and would also rush the process."
"We were in the area, from Columbus, to get our monthly massage at The Salt Room (amazing place!). I wanted my nails done and my boyfriend wanted a pedicure. Mesa gave him a pedi and Hannah did my nails. Brian said it was the best pedicure he's ever had and Hannah did a great job with my nails. Everyone at the location was super sweet and very service oriented. We'll definitely be back next month!"
