"Made an appointment for my daughter for her birthday and this place was horrible. My daughter got to her appointment early and not one person acknowledged her. My daughter waited 35 minutes and ended up leaving. She said the staff made eye contact but never tried to assist her. I would have given zero stars but that was not possible. You charge a lot and treat customers like this, so ridiculous."
