"I came in and I was booked with Jacklyn because she has done multiple pixie cuts before so I felt confident that despite visiting a new salon, I would get a good haircut. Ive been struggling with my self confidence because of health reasons, and i wanted to treat myself. I showed her the picture I wanted and we discussed a bit. I really didn’t like that she didn’t walk me through the steps and ask me specifics of what I wanted. She cut off the little tail on the back of my head before I could tell her I wanted it. At the end o told her I would like more layers and I wouldn’t like it to be so much in my face. She didn’t have to take off much, but she took off so much hair. I wanted to cry during the whole appointment because I didn’t feel heard at all, but at the same time I didn’t want to speak because I felt like a bother…she didn’t make small talk with me at all and I just felt awful. I walked out unhappy with my haircut, because she had already taken a bit more than an hour and a half and i knew I was going to be late for work at that point. I’m just super disappointed. I wish i had chose a different salon"
