"Services Received: -Basic Haircut (w/wash) -Deep Conditioning I'm going to break down my review into parts: Environment: Super welcoming and relaxing. Loved all the natural lighting and plants. Service/Hairstylist: I booked with Jeri and she was so great! I hadn't been to a hair salon in about 7 years and my hair was very long and damaged. She really listened to me and pretty much gave me total control of what would happen to my hair, haha (for example, I had about a foot of split ends and she mentioned she wouldn't even cut all of it off if I didn't feel comfortable with it). She also gave me product recommendations and advice on how to take care of my hair, which was much appreciated!! Parking: Honestly, this was the ONLY downside, but it is 100% my fault. I don't often go downtown and when I do, my husband is usually the one driving. I think there was also an event going on downtown so it was a little hard to find street parking. If you know downtown Dayton really well and know where all the good parking spots are near St. Clair, you will most likely be fine haha. Pricing: I paid around $123 (includes 30% tip). Because it's been such a long time since I've been to a hair salon, I genuinely can't rate the pricing. I honestly think it was a fair price, especially because I also received a ton of hair care advice and my hair felt GREAT after the appointment. I wish I had taken before/after photos, but I did not think that far ahead. Anyway, if you're looking for a new hair salon, I couldn't recommend this place enough."

"From the moment I stepped inside I felt relaxed and at ease. I kicked back and enjoyed an adult beverage from their fridge while taking in the lovely decor and all their beautiful plants soaking up the natural light. Kelby did an absolutely fantastic job, (she really listened to me and my needs and helped me figure out what I wanted) and I felt so pampered the whole time!"

"I moved to the area for work and got recommendations for Erin specifically for blondage & balayage. She is EXCELLENT! So far I’ve visited 3 times, once for a hair consultation, the balayage, and a hair styling for an event. She was polite and bright and personalized my experience for my hair type/goals. My hair is thick asian hair and naturally black. The salon itself is new. The Passport app finally works so there’s lots of convenient street parking. The space is so cozy and clean! It felt so relaxing getting my hair cut and washed. Even the sinks were comfortable (for those long toning seshes)! The balayage+trim+style was about as long as I anticipated (4.5 hrs) and it was so so so worth it! I got my hair lifted from virgin black to a milk tea beige as a step to eventually go lighter. It looks exactly like the reference photos I gave her! And I got my hair curled for an out-of-state wedding. It had to survive a flight and a night in Las Vegas before the wedding, and IT DID!! I have no idea what products she used but I NEED them in my life now because my hair lasted through til the next day! Erin is magic! I’m so excited to see them grow while I’m in town! ♥️"
