"Bought a Nordic spa hot tub from them a little while back and CONSTANTLY having issues with the power cord. This is the third time with it being replaced. And now since the “tech” didn’t have it in stock we have to wait for them to order and receive it?? Well how long is my hot tub going to be down for until someone gets out to fix it. And how long will that cord last until it also goes down and we’ll be on the 4th cord? If i could give them less than 1 star i would."

"I try not to give a bad review, but if a Customer is spending thousands of dollars and they are doing their due diligence, then they should know that they should not expect to be given correct information about the product and they should take the extra step of asking for specifics in writing when dealing with Litehouse pools in Sheffield, Ohio. I was given mis-information three times prior to installation. as instructions were not included, costing me hundreds of dollars more in electrical work. Not to mention they gave me a moldy spa cover which was promptly replaced. I did have to dispose of their trash and I was told that they don’t remove trash by the office manager, but I was told by the second spa cover installer that trash removal was part of their job."
