"Honestly , if you are willing to drive to go to the location that's next to the Greene in Beavercreek do it! No matter what time of day I come to this location I get terrible customer service. I looked around for a good 15 minutes tonight, trying to find someone to help me to find a product that I simply could not find. Another customer could tell I needed help and said "good luck" cause they couldn't get help either. I continued searching the aisles myself and finally tracked someone down and found what I needed. The person I found was polite thankfully so I did decide to buy the item. I then proceeded to wait in line with only 1 person in front of me and that transaction took about 5 minutes; when I got up to the register I understood why. The cashier was in no sort of rush, looked very confused, and honestly seemed miserable to be there. I'll just drive the extra 15 min to the other location where i know I'll get help right away and checked out efficiently."

"The manager was extremely rude and not helpful. Customer service was horrific from the moment I walked in. The manager prioritized cleaning the counters over helping me with an online order. Once she finally walked over to help me, she refused to give me my order. I had the confirmation email and knew the name on the order. She stated I needed identification to pick up the order. I’ve never been asked for ID. After refusing to give me the order I had paid for online, the manager cancelled my order. Funny how she didn’t need ID for that.. I’ve spent so much money at this Ulta, but I will not be back. Luckily, there’s a Sephora down the street who will gladly accept my business and offer better customer service."

"Had a great experience today with Abby. She was very knowledgeable in mineral makeup and color matched me perfectly. She helped me find the perfect, reasonably priced brush for me. Kudos!"

"I specifically went in the store today to purchase the Anastasia Beverly Hills new highlighter that just came out. I checked on the website and it says that it was available. I just have to go in to purchase it. I was not able to do order for pick up. I went in there was a person With a young lady she saw me she said is there anything I can help you and I asked her yes I was looking for the Anastasia Beverly Hills no highlighter she says oh we don’t have it anymore. I proceeded to ask her how come on the website it says that you guys do have it in store. She wants to reply to me and say oh, it’s probably in the back in one of the boxes. We just don’t have it out yet. To me that is not good customer service if your website indicates that you do have it available in store and I am able to drive to come and pick it up. Why would you not offered to go to the back to check, so you can bring it in the front and I can purchase it. Instead of you just saying oh it’s in probably one of the boxes in the back we just don’t have it out yet. Either all I go if that was to ever be the case they always said if you don’t mind, can you hold off and then I’ll go in the back and see if I can get it for you. And that is what customer service should be not be lazy and not put the effort into go into the back to grab it for a customer that was willing to pay to purchase it. Or would definitely be losing my business."
