"I have been going here for years and the last two times I went I left before being serviced. I waited over 40 minutes today and two people walked in after me and they were called back before me. This place does not take reservations so why is it that people can show up after other paying guests have been waiting and get right in? If you come in and sign your name and leave you should be bumped to the end of the list. Not fair to others who wait. I will not be going back."
