"The manager rude. The nail tech left in the middle of doing my nails he said he’ll be back. As I waited I asked the manager politely Do he know where he went? He yelling in the salon “ Didn’t he tell you he went to take his medication”. No he didn’t if told me that I wouldn’t be looking for him. And the tech come back in yelling Didn’t I tell you I will be back…. Sooooo rude I went there every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done My daughter and I will find another nail salon. And first of all I politely asked where he went you don’t know what he told me before he went outside he said he’ll be back nothing about medication . And second I was never rude to him once he told me he had to take his medication I apologized to him for looking for him and gave him a tip Did he tell you that? You was the only rude one in the situation.How is asking a question making a scene or being rude in the salon. And I see all the rude responses on here to the customers when they are not satisfied you are very unprofessional you never wrong huh?"

"I had a disappointing experience at New Nails LLC in Marysville, Ohio. Despite confirming Tony's availability over the phone, upon arrival, he was nowhere to be found. After a half-hour wait, Justin handled my appointment hastily, drilling off old polish instead of giving me a new set as requested. The rushed service resulted in peeling paint after showering only an hour later. It's apparent that the polish wasn't cured correctly. When I addressed the issue with Justin, the response was rude and dismissive. I ended up having to have them redone. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service make me very hesitant to recommend New Nails LLC."
