"This program has proved itself to be a disservice to our community. It's a shame that so many services and funds are linked through this program and the staff does such a poor job execution. After all the meetings for close to a year, they have done absolutely nothing for my child. Now they want to end services I never received because I want to know what a review entails, when they haven't helped at all. All I ever got from them was hundreds of questions and countless meetings. They never presented the budget months after the visioning. I would give a zero if I could. Terrible experience"
